Prior to joining DEI, Ramirez worked for MAG Instruments as senior planner/plant manager prior to joining Edelbrock Corporation as the company’s international product manager with the primary duty to expand key product lines and improving and streamlining the international sourcing process. There he expanded brand offerings to the large retail chain stores and designed a new product line, the Edelbrock White Stripe Filter.

Ramirez adds, “My goal is to see continuous improvement and to set an example, and a pace, that will inspire every department to give their best. The entire team at DEI has been great to work with and very receptive to recommendations. Early in my professional career I had the opportunity to grow tremendously while working as the general manager of Buckeye Sports Supply in Canton, OH.
